One of the hardest things to release is the “thought of or the ideal” we had in mind!!

When people, places, thoughts, jobs, careers, activities, etc no longer serve purpose, we have to let go!!

Forcing yourself to “remain” is detrimental to your mental health!

Holding the rope will leave your hands burned and your body exhausted!!

Heal…
