One of my favorite comedians is Kevin Hart! It was his “Laugh at My Pain” show that contributed to a belly aching laugh experience that I sometimes go back and experience again and again!

Laughter is a strong medicine that draws people in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. ~Help Guide

In the days of office work, Fridays would be my “happy day”. On Friday, it was mandatory for me to find time within my work day to watch clips from Kevin’s show or some of the other Kings such as Steve Harvey, Bernie Mac, and Dave Chappelle!
